1 frying chicken, 21/2 to 3 pounds
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of sour cream
3 tbsp onion soup mix
Pepper
1 can (3 oz) chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken, skin side up in a single layer in baking dish. In a bowl, combine soup, sourcream, soup mix, and pepper. Spoon over chicken. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle noodles on top. Bake additional 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Pre-heat oven at 350º
