125g butter 2 T coconut 1 pkt sweet biscuits,crushed 1/2 cup caster sugar 1 T cocoa 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1 egg
1.Melt butter and sugar in saucepan. Add cocoa and mix well. 2.Take off heat and allow to cool for 2 mins. 3. Add egg and stir briskly then add coconut,biscuits and vanilla. 4.Press into a lined and greased slice tin and allow to set in fridge. 5.Ice with icing of choice and cut into fingers to serve.
