1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 - 2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into 15 x 10 x 1 pan (jelly roll). Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes. Frost when cool.
