1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/4 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 small jar of Cheese Whiz
1 (10 3/4oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) soup can of milk
2 c. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in a tablespoon of butter. Cook the broccoli in water until tender. Drain water from broccoli. Stir in the celery and onions, soup, milk, Cheese Whiz, and rice. (I melt the Cheese Whiz and milk together first before adding to the broccoli.) Place in a greased 9 x 13 in. baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
