1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp of mini semi sweet cho.chips
1 container(15) oz. ricotta cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip, thawed
1 pkg. of 8 flour tortillas
sugar and cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
for the dip..mix chips, cheese,powdered sugar, vanilla and coolwhip. For chips :preheat oven 400 ,lightly spray chips with water and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 min until edges are brown. Cut into wedge slices and dip into cheese-coolwhip mix....Excellent!
