Grease 9 x 13 pan. Beat cake ingredients for 10 minutes. It will be thick. Pour in pan. Mix together topping ingredients. Sprinkle topping over cake. Cut knife through cake quite a bit (both lengthwise and widthwise). Bake at 350º for 55 minutes.
