1 c granulated sugar
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
3 qts popped corn
1/4 c hot water
1 pkg shelled peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
Roast peanuts. Heat granulated sugar in sauce pan stirring constantly, until golden brown. Add hot water carefully to avoid splattering. Stir until sugar
is dissolved. Add brown sugar & cook to 238º (soft ball stage) Mix peanuts & popcorn, salt lightly. Pour cooked mixture over this & stir until well coated. Serve hot or shaped into balls.
