1 pkg. of Hidden Valley ranch dressing
1 pkg. of Taco seasoning
1 can pinto beans
1 can Chile beans
1can whole kernel corn
1 can stewed tomatoes(Mexican flavor)
1 can stewed tomatoes..any flavor..rotel is good

1 can black beans

brown meat and onion,Mix hidden valley dressing mix and taco seasoning into meat.Now add Without draining all the other ingredients , accept corn. If you can find the reduced sodium seasonings it may be helpful to lower the sodium in this receipt. Makes 12 1 cup servings WW 2 points.

I serve this over rice,baked potato, even a scoop of cottage cheese, you can eat it from a bowel and add a dollop of ff sour cream too.
