2 3/4 lb. pork tenderloins
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
5 cloves garlic, halved
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. dark sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Butterfly the pork tenderloins. Place in a shallow container or large zip-lock bag. Combine soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Pour over the meat. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade. Discard excess marinade. Combine brown sugar, honey and oil in pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Place meat on grill and brush with honey mixture. Cook for 20 minutes, turning once and basting frequently until done.
