1 lb. frozen cranberries
3 c. sugar
2 pkgs. lemon jello
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 fresh orange
1 c. walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Grind frozen cranberries and cook with sugar for approximately 15 minutes then set aside. Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Grind the orange with the peel and add to the pineapple and nuts. Mix together with the cooked cranberries and lemon jello. Chill and serve.

For additional flavor, use the reserved pineapple juice to dissolve the jello. If you do not have enough juice to make 1 cup, add water for the difference.
