Ingredients:
6 frozen chicken breasts (less if 6 don't fit...)
6 slices swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter
1 package ritz or other crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in an ungreased 9x13 pan and top each piece with a slice of cheese. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, water, and sour cream. Pour / blob sauce over the chicken/cheese. Sprinkle crackers (to desired thickness) on top of sauce. I usually use the whole package... Then pour the melted butter over the crackers. Cook uncovered for at least 2.5 hours, and up to 3 or 4 hours at about 275. Serve over rice.
