"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
6 frozen chicken breasts (less if 6 don't fit...)
6 slices swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in an ungreased 9x13 pan and top each piece with a slice of cheese. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, water, and sour cream. Pour / blob sauce over the chicken/cheese. Sprinkle crackers (to desired thickness) on top of sauce. I usually use the whole package... Then pour the melted butter over the crackers. Cook uncovered for at least 2.5 hours, and up to 3 or 4 hours at about 275º. Serve over rice.
