1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. olive oil
1/2 lemon
1 stick of butter

For marinade:
Salt, black pepper, and red pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the 12 plucked and cleaned quails in the salt, black pepper, and red pepper for about an hour, the longer the better.

Melt butter in pan, mix all ingredients together and spread over quail. Cook for one hour on low heat over the stove in a deep pan.
