-1 rabbit dressed, parted out and deboned
-2 tsp salt
-1 1/2 tsp sage
-1 1/4 tsp white pepper
-3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
-1 C finely chopped peeled tart apple
-2 T cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In a meat grinder or food processor, process the mixture in small batches until coarsely ground. Stir in apple. shape into 16 patties. Heat oil in skillet: cook patties over medium heat for 5 min on each side or until sausage is browned.
