1/4 lb. ground beef
1 carrot
1 potato
1/2 small onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Tear off a 12" square sheet of aluminum foil. Slice the carrot, potato, and onion. Season each layer to taste as follows: Layer 1/2 the carrot slices, 1/2 the potato slices, and then 1/2 the onion slices on the foil sheet. Form beef into a patty and layer on top of the onions. Layer remaining onions, potatoes, and carrots on the patty. Fold and seal top and ends of foil pack. Cook over coals at medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes on each side. Serves 1.
