1 c. Corn Flakes
2 Vidalia onions
1/4 c. butter
1/2c. butter
2 eggs
dash of salt
3/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 9" pan or round Pyrex dish and pour corn flakes in the bottom. Slice the onions in rings, then cut in half and saute in 1/4 cup butter until tender. Place the sautéed onions on top of the corn flakes. In separate bowl, melt 1/2 cup butter and mix with the eggs, salt, and milk. Beat vigorously. Pour slowly on top of corn flakes and onions. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Add cheese on top and return to oven until melted.
