1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 package of plain Raman noodles, broken up
4 T butter
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 head Romaine lettuce, washed and broken into pieces
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup sweet and sour dressing ( see below)

Sweet and Sour Dressing
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1 T soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Brown walnuts and noodles in butter. cool on paper towel. Combine noodles and walnuts with broccoli, romaine, and onions. Pour dressing over and toss well.
