1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 bud garlic, minced
1 can (3 1/2 cups) tomatoes
1 can ( 8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 small jar pimento, chopped
2 T. sugar
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Brown meat, breaking up meat and pouring off excess fat. Be sure meat is well drained. Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream. Bring to a boil, and cover. Turn down burner and let simmer 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Stir in sour cream. Heat and serve at once.
