1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 package 8 refrigerated crescent rolls
1 - 2 cups of frozen loose -pack hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Directions:
In a skillet, stir fry sausage until brown. drain off excess fat.
Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place in a ungreased pizza pan or a cookie sheet. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Seal the perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Beat eggs with milk salt and pepper, pour over potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese and Parmesan. Bake at 350 until done - about 25 - 30 minutes.
