1 cup hot water
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter
4 cups instant dry milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hot water and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved and then add butter. Put in blender and add dry milk a little at a time. Blend until smooth.
Makes the equivalent of 2 cans evaporated milk.
