Ingredients:  
3 potatoes - cut up and boil in water with salt and bacon drippings
3 hard boiled eggs - very finely chopped
3 onions - cut up and cook on med. heat until tender - use bacon drippings
2 lg cans evaporate milk
2 lg cans - pink salmon (catfish or crabmeat - for She Crab Soup)
1/2 stick butter

Mix together, add salt, pepper, Worchestershire and Tabasco to taste.
