3 cups boiling water
3 cups freeze-dried green beans

3 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame seeds (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
At home: Put green beans into zip top storage bag.

In camp: Boil 3 cups water, add green beans. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes. Let sit covered for 5 additional minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
