1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 small block reduced-fat Velveeta cheese
1 jar mild salsa
1 8 oz package fat-free cream cheese
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
½ cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
Tortilla chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cube Velveeta and place in small Crock-pot on low heat setting
Add cream cheese, spinach, and salsa
Allow to melt together, stirring often once it is reduced to melted form
Once melted, add cayenne pepper, stir well
Top with shredded Monterey jack cheese
Serve with tortilla chips
