1 15oz can salmon
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temp.)
1 1 oz. envelope ranch dip mix
1 scallion
Juice of 1 lemon
1 whole clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup fine chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup fine chop fresh dill
Salt
Pepper

1. Drain Salmon and break apart into small shreds. Combine cream cheese, dip mix, scallion, lemon juice, garlic and mustard

2. Stir in salmon and mix well

3. Refrigerate & serve with crackers
