1 15oz can salmon 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temp.) 1 1 oz. envelope ranch dip mix 1 scallion Juice of 1 lemon 1 whole clove garlic (minced) 1 tsp dijon mustard 1/4 cup fine chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup fine chop fresh dill Salt Pepper
1. Drain Salmon and break apart into small shreds. Combine cream cheese, dip mix, scallion, lemon juice, garlic and mustard
