8 egg yolks
1 lg container marscapone cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar (3/4 better than 1 1/2)
1/2 - 1 shot marsala
1/2 - 1 shot brandy
1/2 - 1 shot coffee liquor
2 packages lady fingers
espresso coffee to soak lady fingers
1-2 cups heavy cream (whipped with conf. sugar)

Beat eggs and add sugar, then add marscapone and beat. Add marsala then brandy, then coffee liquor. chill 1/2 hour. Beat heavy cream and conf sugar, fold into cheese filling. Chill 1/2 hour.
Soak lady fingers in coffee (mixed with little liquor). Layer fingers on bottom of pan, then add filling, another layer of fingers and remaining filling. Chill slightly. Dust with cocoa powder and chocolate curls

This is an excellent recipe. Got it from the chef in the italian restaurant where my son works (chef trained in Italy and all throughout Europe).
