1/2 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup (8 oz) cream style cottage cheese
4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup mayo (Hellmann's)
8 manicotti, cooked and drained
1 (16oz) jar of spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 325
Brown meat and garlic in skillet; drain fat
Blend next 4 ingredients in bowl; stir in meat
Fill each manicotti with 1/4 cup filling
Place manicotti in single layer in baking dish
Sprinkle with any remaining filling
Bake 10 minutes with foil cover on and 15 minute without cover
