16 soft taco size flour tortillas

1 - 16 oz jar salsa (mild)
1 dozen eggs
Salt to taste

1 - 16 oz package of shredded cheese

Directions:
In large bowl, crack eggs, then mix (scramble) thoroughly.

In a large non-stick skillet, add 1 Tbsp oil, then add eggs, and allow to cook for about 4 minutes. Use a spatula and break up eggs into large chunks, carefully turning over the cooked portions to the top. Cook about another 2-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Spread an equal amout of eggs on each tortilla.

Allow patrol members to top with salsa and cheese as desired.
