1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
8 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup flour

Pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Heat in double boiler the sugar, butter and 8 tbsp of milk. Add well-beaten egg yolk mixed with cup of milk and flour. Cook until thick and pour into baked pie shell.

Use egg whites for meringue and brown - 425º for 4 to 5 minutes.
