-1/4 C plus 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice -3 3/4 C unsweetened raspberries -2 1/4 C confectioners sugar
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into six dessert dishes. Cover and freeze for 1 hr or until set. Remove from freezer 15 min before serving.
