2 cup flour
1 1/4 cup milk
6 tbsp Wesson oil
2 eggs
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Sift together dry ingredients; add gradually milk, beaten egg yolks and oil. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Cook in lightly greased waffle iron.
