4 tbsp butter
1 cup corn meal
1 qt milk
1 tsp salt
3-4 eggs - separated

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and butter to boiling point, remove from heat, stir in meal and salt - return to heat and cook 5 minutes - let cool.

Beat egg yolks and stir into mixture
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in to mixture

Pour into greased 9x13 casserole dish
Bake at 400 for 40 minutes
