1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar
2 tsp Maple Syrup
20 1-1/2" to 2" French bread (about 2 sm loaves_
1-1/2 c half & half
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 qt frozen peaches
1/2 qt dark cherries - drained

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, brown sugar and maple syrup in a small sauce pan, stirring until smooth. Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with release or Pam. Spread brown sugar mixture on bottom of pan, add bread on top, pack tightly. In bowl whist together eggs, half and Half and vanilla. Pour over bread and top with peaches and cherries. Cover with foil and let set overnight in fridge. Bake covered at 350º for 60 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
