-1/4 C sliced fresh mushrooms
-1/4 C sliced green onions
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1 T olive or vegetable oil
-1 can diced tomatoes with garlic, un drained
-2 T white wine or chicken broth
-1 T minced fresh basil
-1/8 tsp salt
-1/4lb Italian sausage, cooked and drained.
-3 T tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, saute mushrooms, onions, and garlic in oil. Add the tomatoes, wine or broth, basil and salt. Bring to a boil; simmer uncovered for 5 mins. Stir in the sausage and the tomato paste. heat through and serve over pasta.
