3 cans small chopped mild green chilies drained
2 c shredded cheddar and jack cheese
4 eggs well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 8 x 8" pan and mix together all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve warm. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.

I usually double this recipes for a 9 x 12 pan
