Add 4 cups water. Stirring with whisk. Saute 1 1/2 box mushrooms in a couple Tbls. Butter. Add a little lemon (a squeeze of a 1/2) Yolk of one egg, whip with a little cream (1/4 cup) and add a little 1/2 & 1/2 (2 Tbls, or so) Add cream mixture after soup is boiling.
