1 can Artichoke hearts in water, remove the fuzzies, chop
1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1-2 heaping tsp. Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and pack in a baking crock.

Bake at 400 until brown and bubbly. (approx. 25 min.)

Serve on water crackers.
