1/4c. softened, butter
1c. powdered sugar
8oz. softened cream cheese
2-3 1/2 oz. instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
14oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies crushed
gummy worms
Directions:
Directions:
Use a 3 qt. pail or a 9x13 pan. Combine butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Combine pudding and milk; beat. Fold whipped topping into pudding. Stir into cream cheese mixture.

Layer:
Place 1/3 Oreo crumbs in bottom of pail;
1/2 cream cheese mixture;
1/3 Oreo crumbs;
1/2 gummy worms;
the rest of the cream cheese mixture;
the remaining Oreo crumbs;
and the rest of the gummy worms.

Refridgerate until firm.
