2 lbs. Yellow Squash (sliced)
1/2 cup onion (diced)
1/2 stick butter (melted)
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1/2 stick butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or steam Squash and onion until tender. Drain and mix with butter, salt, pepper, eggs, cheese and sour cream. Place in casserole dish. Mix Stuffing Mix and melt butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
