1 German Chocolate Cake
1 lb. Caramels
1/2 c. margarine
1/3 c. milk or cream
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake batter according to the directions on package. Put 1/2 of the cake batter in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Melt caramels and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Pour over partially baked cake. Pour the rest of the cake batter on top of caramel mixture and bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
