- 6 medium onions, sliced and separated in to rings.
- 2 T butter.
- 6 medium tart red apples cut into 1/4 inch wedges.
- 3 T brown sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
In large Skillet, cook onions in butter over medium head for 3-5 minutes. Top with apples; sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover and cook for 15-20 min until apples are tender.
