Crushed pineapple 1 can 14 oz
Mashed banana 2 medium
Orange Juice 1 cup
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

Plastic cups 14
Popsicle sticks 14
Directions:
Directions:
combine first 4 ingredients into a large bowl. Pour into a 9x9 inch pan lined with plastc wrap freeze for about 1 hour until almost set. process mixture in a blender until smooth and creamy

divide and spoon mixture into cups. insert popsicle sticks into the center of each. freeze for about 6 hours until firm. dip cups into warm water briefly before turning out
