1 bag of cool ranch doritos.

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast.

1 bag (16 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese.

1 (16oz.) container sour cream.

2 cups white rice.

1 can cream of mushroom soup.

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken until about half way cooked set aside. Make 2 cups of rice according to package.
Crush up bag of doritos set aside. In large casserole dish pour can of cream of mushroon soup on bottom and spread out. Add chicken breast on top. Then cover with 2 cups of rice. Mix sour cream and cheddar cheese together in bowl and add to top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and add crushed doritos on top. And slop on a plate. Yum Yum
