3/4 c. melted butter
2 T. lemon juice
1 c. Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lbs. cod loins
2 T. parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine melted butter and lemon juice in small bowl. Combine breadcrumbs and cheese in a separate bowl. Dip fish in butter mixture and roll in breadcrumbs.
Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and salt to taste.
