1 1/2 cup flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
4 eggs
2 teaspoons pure orange extract
1 teaspoon grated orange zest

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease a 13x9x2-inch pan. Sift together flour, sugar, and salt. Add butter, eggs, extract, and zest. Mix until well blended. Pour batter into a prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until light golden brown and set. Remove from oven and cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting. I used 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon orange extract and 1 teaspoon orange zest in my frosting.
