1/2 (20 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients: flour, Raisin Bran, sugar, salt and soda. Add liquids, blending as they are added. Leave on counter for 45 minutes before baking in muffin tins or refrigerating for later cooking. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Keep unused batter in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
