1/2 cup vegetable oil

Preheat over to 350º. Mix only the above ingredients in a large bowl until blended.
Drop the batter by spoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack for 8-10 minutes, watching them carefully as they brown quickly.
