1/2 pound broad egg noodles 3 eggs 3 TBs oil 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 cup sugar pinch salt 1/2 cup raisins
Cook noodles. Drain and rinse under cold water. Separate eggs. To yolks, add oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and salt. Mix well. Combine with noodles. Beat whites until stiff, fold into noodle mixture. Fold in raisins.
