1 C peanut butter (generous cup)
1/2 C butter and 2 T softened
1 T vanilla
3 C powdered sugar
5 dozen mini pretzel twists or waffle style
1 1/2 C chocolate chips (milk, dark, or mixture)
1 T vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat peanut butter and butter until smooth.
Add vanilla.
Beat in powdered sugar until combined.
Shape into 1" balls, press one on each pretzel.
Place on waxed paper lined baking sheets.
Refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour).
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and oil.
Dip the peanut butter ball into chocolate, holding onto the pretzel.
Return to the baking sheet with pretzel side down.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving, Store in refrigerator.
