2 C sifted self-rising flour
1 C sugar
1/4 C butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp grated orange peel
3/4 C orange juice
1 1/2 C raisins, light or dark
1 1/2 C cranberries, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour and sugar into a large bowl.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.

Add egg, orange peel, and orange juice.
Stir until mixture is moist.
Fold in raisins and cranberries.

Spoon into a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
