2 C flour
2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
5-6 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together melted butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat.
Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in mashed bananas.

Put into greased loaf pans.
Bake at 325º for about 1 hour or until golden brown (you will need to adjust cooking time for different size pans).
