10 lbs. potatoes
1 dozen eggs
6 - 8 stalks celery
1 medium onion
mayonnaise
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & cook potatoes until done. Cook eggs for about 10 min. In large bowl cut up potatoes & eggs into chunks, add diced celery, onion, salt & pepper. Keep layering potatoes thru pepper. Add mayonnaise & mix well. Check consistency of potato salad & adjust mayo & seasonings accordingly.
